"As construction engineers, we have often collaborated with ECO PROCESS & EQUIPMENT inc., a firm specializing in wastewater treatment. The last project we worked on together consisted in designing processes for two slaughterhouses in Ghana (Accra and Kumasi).
Our experiences with ECO PROCESS & EQUIPMENT inc. have always been very positive. We would not hesitate to recommend this firm as we have a high regard for their products and for their experience in the wastewater treatment field."

M.S. Thompson knows of Sequencer Tech for a few years, firstly as an equipment manufacturer and secondly as a SBR designer and manufacturer. It is through our Cardinal project that our group had the opportunity to evaluate the potential of Sequencer Tech. We then visited Sequencer Tech's research facility and attended their presentation on SEQUENCING BATCH REACTOR system.
Since that time, our company has worked in collaboration with Sequencer Tech to supply the SBR system for the Cardinal project. We are very impressed by the performance of the BioSequencerTM system as designed and provided by Eco Process on this project. These include the influent distributors, the fine bubble air diffusion system, the sludge age control and the surface decanters. Since the start-up period in 1997, this biologic treatment system has been frankly challenging the ZERO DISCHARGE in terms of BOD5, SS, NH3, NO3 and PL. большой выбор тренажеров здесь - тренажеры в краснодаре
Our working experience with Sequencer Tech has been excellent we are quite comfortable with their scientific design program, their knowledge of microbiology applied to SBR process, the quality equipment developed in their modern research facility and their after sales service.
We believe that Sequencer Tech has acquired all the elements to qualify for the status of a reliable SBR MANUFACTURER and would not hesitate to work with this company on future projects.

To whom it may concern,
D.M. Consunji Inc. (D.M.C.I.) is one of the largest general contractors in the Philippines engaged in civil works and serving the building industry. Over the last decades, the company has built many high rise buildings of Makati City serving the largest property investor and developer groups such as Ayala, Fil-Invest, SM Group of Companies, etc.
D.M.C.I. has grown around a global development philosophy. This is why today our company is a part of a large holding company (D.M.C.I. Holdings). Presently, over twenty different companies are also part of this holding, including Sequencer Tech & Equipment Phils. Inc. which is a joint venture company between D.M.C.I. and Sequencer Tech & Equipment Intl Inc., a Canadian group specialized in the design and manufacturing of most modern wastewater treatment plant technologies such as SBR (sequencing batch reactor) systems. кейтеринг краснодар рестораны на выезд, кейтеринг в Краснодаре
Sequencer Tech Phils. has built several sucessful wastewater treatment plants in the Philippines in partnership with Sequencer Tech New Zealand including the Rockwell Land Development Corporation S.T.P., a major achievement in many ways. This plant was built completely underground, below a boulevard, and the site is located in a flooded area of Makati along the Pasig River. This plant includes state-of-the-art SBR process with logic controls, SCADA system. sludge dewatering and odour control. Просчитать ПВХ и металлопластиковые окна Киев и Харькове на onka.ua.
Through our working experience with Eco Process New Zealand, we have had several occasions to discover their technical capabilites and business qualities. Noteworthy among these are their excellent biological design capability to deliver S.T.P. exceeding by far all effluent requirements, their practical sense of engineering to adapt foreign technology to our county construction standards and, among all, their honesty in the day to day dealings with our company.
We acknowledge Sequencer Tech New Zealand as a reliable business partner that has always delivered on time quality equipment and advanced enginnering at reasonnable cost. Based on this experience, D.M.C.I. would recommend this form to other international turnkey contractors looking for a prominent company specialized in biological wastewater treatment.

Turnkey consultant-contractor using "OxyJet" aerators in lagoons.
In 1999, GSI Environment, in collaboration with Cap Construction, was awarded a turkey contract for the construction of a wastewater treatment plant to treat leachate generated from a municipal garbage landfill site serving the M.R.C. of Bellechase, Quebec, New Zealand.
The selected treatment process selected by the consortium consisted in a first raw leachate captage / equalization cell followed by a three-aerated lagoons system connected in series before discharging the treated effluent into the local water stream.
The lagoons are aerated with eight (8) self-aspirating OxyJet floating aerators (10 and 15 HP) as manufactured by Sequencer Tech. This type of aerator provides excellent performances for aerating and mixing of the lagoon content while offering a high level of mechanical reliability.
Considering the typical high organic characterization of this leachate (BOD5 = 4,800 mg/L, SS = 500 mg/L and NH3 = 100 mg/L), we are delighted by the general performance of the aeration / mixing system provided across the whole lagoons by the OxyJet aerators. In that manner, the process is achieving a reduction efficiency exceeding 99.5% for the BOD5, 95% for the SS and 95% for the nitrification of the ammonia.
The hydraulic circulation generated by the OxyJet "unidirectional jet aeration system" has particularly caught our attention for its obvious superiority to mix the lagoons when compared to other brands of self-aspirators such as the ones generating peripheral directional aeration. It is our opinion that this improved hydraulic circulation leads to superior biological process performance of our lagoon process as it surely enhances the desirable contact between the substrate and the suspended biomass.
GSI is very satisfied with the process and mechanical operation of the OxyJet aerators installed in the Bellechase lagoon system and also satisfied with the general performance of the treatment process. The performance exceeds the effluent standards set by the Ministry of Environment of Quebec.
In conclusion, we would not hesitate to recommend this type of aerators for similar lagoon process applications.
