Sequencer Tech. is a "technology company" dedicated to sequencing batch reactor (sbr / SBR) and other advanced biological water and wastewater treatment technologies such as aerated lagoon, trickling filter and submerged bio-tower. The company provides biological process engineering, equipment manufacturing and supply of all proprietary developed equipment and logic control programs as well as final commissioning of the treatment plant with the operation manuals.
Through a 10-year research program, Sequencer Tech has developed advanced water and wastewater treatment processes along with the related equipment to achieve biological nutrient removal (bnr / BNR) including biological phosphorus removal, nitrification and denitrification using state-of-the-art sequencing batch reactor process challenging "zero discharge".
For process equipment, Sequencer Tech is a manufacturer of static aeration (AtaraTM), jet aeration (AirjetTM), jet mixing (MixiJetTM), self aspirator (OxiJetTM), coarse bubble air diffuser (AirOmegaTM), fine bubble diffuser (AirPlanumTM), decanter (SwingCanterTM), uniform influent distributor (UIDTM), uniform sludge collector (USCTM), logic control programs with PLC (BioLogTM) and plastic random media (EcoPakTM). Sequencer Tech is also a manufacturer of mechanical equipment for the screening of the raw wastewater and sludge dewatering such as mechanical bar screen (CurvecoTM), fine screen, micronic screen (Micro GFTM), travelling water screen (TravecoTM), and belt-press filter (SequencerTechTM).
