    Eco Process has developed a join venture formula to best encourage its most dedicated partners who enjoy a strong and stable local market. This formula consists of a " shell-type " JOIN VENTURE (JV) and does not require any capitalization nor investment from the partners other than the money to create the legal JV entity in accordance with the law of investment in the country.     The local partner basically acts as Sequencer Tech’ representative. The local marketing, the project tendering, the contract signature and the project implementation are carried out under the JV’s name. The projects are managed by the local party who orders all the necessary services and equipment as per the successful proposal summitted by the JOIN VENTURE.     Sequencer Tech is responsible for the bioprocess design, reactor sizing, general bioprocess drawings, flow diagram / P&ID, selection / sizing / supply of all the process equipment including the instrumentation, the controls and the PLC programming. We also write up the O&M manuals and join efforts with our partner for the final start-up & plant commissioning. When required by the client, Sequencer Tech may provide a process guarantee.     Our partner is mainly responsible for the local marketing and for the final bid. During the project implementation, he is responsible for the general construction, the project managing and coordination, the civil works, the M&E works and for the overall plant commissioning.

    As a common rule, each party supports its own overhead costs for marketing, bidding and general administration.
